Real Estate Acquisition Manager
Acquisition Manager — Real Estate
Rate: Up to $15/hour (USD) (Depending on Experience)
Remote
We’re looking for a driven Acquisition Manager to join our team. You’ll be working directly with motivated seller leads that have already been generated. Your role is to follow up, build rapport, evaluate properties, and present offers that make sense for both the seller and the business.
What you’ll do
• Call and follow up with warm leads
• Qualify sellers and understand their situation
• Run basic deal evaluations (ARV, comps, repair costs, etc.)
• Present offers confidently and professionally
• Keep detailed notes in our CRM
• Work closely with our acquisitions team for negotiations and approvals
What we’re looking for
• Clear and neutral English communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• At least some experience in real estate acquisitions or related roles
• Understanding of comps, ARV, and property condition
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Comfortable working with goals and performance metrics
Preferred
• Experience working with investors, wholesalers, or real estate lead generation
