A healthcare company in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a PRN / Per Diem role. This position offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in patient care while providing life-changing treatment to patients in home health settings. The ideal candidate will develop and implement individualized care plans, assess functional status, and support patients in daily activities.
