- First-year earnings: $50,000-$70,000, with top performers earning $100,000+

Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to quote, sell, and bind insurance policies
- Consistently follow up on internet leads, inbound inquiries, past quotes, and win-back opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools to track activity and maximize conversions
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions, focusing on value over price
- Deliver a high level of service to both new and existing clients, including post-sale support and policy reviews
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and production goals
- Continuously improve sales skills by applying coaching, scripts, and feedback from leadership
- Personal Lines Licenses is a Plus, or must obtain before start (Licensing Assistance provided)
- Strong customer service mindset with a desire to help clients
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable introducing additional products and making recommendations
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems
