Weekend Facilities Maintenance Technician

**Hello! We are hiring for Facilities Maintenance Technician** **Job Responsibilities** + Perform mechanical work such as painting, patching holes in drywall, hanging pictures, whiteboards, or TVs. + Conduct electrical work including changing outlets, switches, and lights. + Carry out plumbing tasks such as fixing leaking sinks or faucets. + Identify HVAC issues and alert appropriate personnel. + Manage and verify the work of outside vendors. + Respond to work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and log information using an iPad or iPhone. **Essential Skills** + 5+ year of facility maintenance experience in multifamily, apartments, hotels, industrial, residential, or commercial settings. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs. + Familiarity with HVAC systems, including changing filters. + Strong teamwork skills. + Competence in using computers, iPads, or iPhones for work order management. **Shift and Pay** + Friday-Sunday (6AM-2:30PM) + $22-30/hour **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
