Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, relationship-driven environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in State Farm corporate, bringing valuable experience and insight into how we serve our customers and support our team. Ive been married for 22 years and have three children. Were a big baseball family and enjoy staying active through sports. We stay involved in the community by supporting Little League and volunteering with the Arizona Animal Welfare League. For our team, we offer PTO, paid sick time, two hours of paid development time each week for personal growth, free snacks, and a $50 life or health policy benefit. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tom Schott - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
