About Us Join a well-established, boutique cosmetic dental practice with over 40 years of excellence. Founded by a leading West Coast cosmetic dentist and now operated by a top 1% ranked DMD, our privately owned office delivers a high-end patient experience in a modern, technology-driven environment.
We consistently welcome 70–80 new patients monthly by focusing on trust, education, and relationship-based care—not volume. Our team culture is supportive and tight-knit, with access to visiting specialists and an in-house master ceramist.

Manage and optimize the daily schedule for efficiency
Coordinate care between doctors, specialists, and patients

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
Strong Dentrix experience (required)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, polished, and detail-oriented
Experience in cosmetic dentistry or oral surgery is a plus
Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every other Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
