Managing Director Tucson, AZ $100K-$125K A highly respected national financial services organization is seeking a Managing Director to lead and expand its Tucson office. This individual will serve as the top local leader, responsible for developing advisors, recruiting top talent, driving business growth, and building a strong presence in the community. Responsibilities Recruit, develop, and coach financial advisors and representatives Lead day-to-day office operations and performance Drive market growth through sales leadership and strategic business development Build relationships throughout the Tucson community and business network Mentor and support advisor success through training, leadership, and accountability Play a key role in growing the office and expanding the advisor team over the next several years Requirements 5 years of experience within financial services, wealth management, or financial advisory Series 7 and Series 63 licenses Proven leadership experience managing and developing financial advisors Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
