**MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 TRAUMA EXP*** 50 mile radius rule, DL is source of truth, please include with submission Medical Solutions Pre-Screens, if clinical recommends, sends to manager for approval to offer, no 2nd interview must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts., if failed, will be DNU with CS AZ and Sac Region for 6 months *Travel Teams must have their own vehicles *must have natural hair color and no facial piercings *men must clean shave for fit test *pass fail exam on day 1 of orientation - details to follow
