A Pharmacist is needed for a night shift role at a tribal clinic/hospital setting in Arizona, serving as a decentralized Emergency Department Pharmacist. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide direct clinical support in a fast-paced ED environment with a focus on emergency care. The role operates on a 7 days on, 7 days off night shift schedule, with 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical pharmacy services within the Emergency Department, including medication review, dispensing, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient outcomes and provide emergency drug therapy.
• Maintain compliance with tribal healthcare protocols and documentation.
• Obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications as part of role requirements.
• Utilize RPMS, a proprietary electronic health record system, for patient management and medication tracking.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (Arizona license not required due to tribal facility status).
• Clinical experience in hospital or emergency department settings strongly preferred.
• Residency-trained pharmacists and candidates with hospital experience highly valued.
