Virtual Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual administrative support to the NGL Transportation team.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the organization.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Research and compile information as needed for various projects.
- Conduct online tasks such as managing social media accounts and updating website content.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant.
- Experience supporting a logistics or transportation company is a plus.
