Partners with leaders across Small Group eco-system to ensure successful implementation and monitoring of initiatives. Reports initiative status, asks and priorities to Senior Leaders. **Required Qualifications** + 4 to 6 years of progressive project management experience and/or data reporting and analysis + Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards + Experience in managing and tracking financial aspects of projects + Experience partnering with IT, Product, Installation and other Shared Services + Experience building reporting and story for Senior Leaders + Knowledge of Excel and Quickbase + Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written **Preferred Qualifications** + Proficiency in IT methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.) + Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) + Experience managing technology initiatives **Education** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
