About the Role:
Goodfellas Pest Control is looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and entry points
- Apply pesticides, and other treatment solutions safely and effectively
- Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly to customers
- Accurately document invoices after completing service
- Set and monitor traps, bait stations, and exclusion devices
- Ensure compliance with all state, local, and company safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior of company vehicle
Requirements:
- Prior pest control, extermination, or related field service experience preferred
- Arizona Pest Control Applicator License (or ability to obtain one)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme Arizona heat
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a daily route independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in tight or confined spaces
