What You'll Do:As the Chief Nursing Officer, you will play a key role in shaping the patient and employee experience by:

Leading and developing a highly skilled clinical team.

Partnering with senior leadership to enhance staffing, quality of care, and overall hospital operations.

Overseeing patient care services to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Engaging with regional leaders on staffing initiatives, including educational programs for new graduates and returning nurses.

Managing budgets effectively to maintain financial health and resource allocation.

Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture where staff feel supported and valued.

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should bring:

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (required); Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a Master's in Healthcare Administration (preferred or required for enrollment).

3-5 years of hospital nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Active RN license and BLS certification (ACLS required within six months of hire).

Experience in critical care settings, including ventilator management, hemodynamics, critical drips, ET tubes, and wound care (preferred).
