We are presently seeking a Cleaner for our Holiday Village community located in mesa, AZ who will maintain the cleanliness of community common areas, including those of the office and model, while serving residents in a professional and efficient manner.

As a successful Cleaner, you will:

• Clean all doors inside and out, all door jams, and the area surrounding the front door.
• Wash all windows and window tracks.
• Dust, vacuum, and clean community office, model, pool bathrooms, and porches at least once a week.
• Clean all light fixtures and replace light bulbs as needed.
• Empty trash bags and clean and deodorize garbage and trash cans.
• Clean and restock laundry rooms.
• Report all maintenance issues to the Community Manager.
• Deliver flyers/notices as requested by Community Manager.
• Assist with ground maintenance to maintain common areas free of debris and assist with snow removal, including salting of porches and sidewalks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months previous experience residential cleaner, preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid operators license.
• Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist and walk continuously.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to cleaning products and other chemical compounds.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to efficiently perform job responsibilities independently.
