Customer Engagement Specialist Details:

• Temporary position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00am to 09:00pm )

• Provide front desk services, including greeting walk-in clients and answering incoming calls.
• Track and review prospective admission packets.
• Coordinate pre-admission processes with internal teams and referring agencies for both CSU and Psychiatric Hospital.
• Maintain professional and compassionate in-person and phone interactions with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners (including law enforcement).
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Customer Engagement Specialist Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in: Behavioral health, Customer service, Insurance eligibility and enrollment verification
• Ability to work well under pressure with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
• Ability to respond appropriately and effectively in crisis situations using good judgment and following protocols.
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
