Recruiting Operations Analyst | Reporting Analyst | Remote Randstad has an immediate need for a remote Recruiting Operations Analyst to support a Talent Acquisition team. This interim opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and transforming it into meaningful business insights. We are seeking a hands-on professional with experience developing recruiting dashboards, KPI reporting, pipeline analytics, and executive-level reporting that supports strategic hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition through reporting and analytics, along with advanced Excel skills and experience working within Workday environments. They thrive at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, data, and business operations, using data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that improve recruiting performance. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to data accuracy and consistency, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Talent Acquisition dashboards and reporting focused on recruiting KPIs, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, funnel conversion, and offer metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruiting data across ATS and related systems.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Support recruiting workload management, requisition prioritization, and performance tracking through reporting and analytics.
• Create ad hoc reports, executive summaries, and leadership presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, HRIS, and systems teams to improve reporting capabilities, workflows, and data quality.
• Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and outcomes through ongoing reporting and analysis.
