Schedule
Thursdays & Fridays: Full days (approx. 8 hours/day)
Saturdays: Half day (10:00 AM 2:00 PM)
~20 hours/week

We specialize in managing motor vehicle accident cases and collaborate closely with legal professionals to support patients recovery and documentation needs.

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Physician Assistant (PA) to join our care team in a part-time capacity. The ideal candidate is experienced in outpatient settings, comfortable with soft-tissue injury management, and able to work autonomously in a high-volume PI practice. This role involves both patient-facing evaluation and documentation responsibilities, including chart reviews and oversight of clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed history and physical exams on new and returning patients.
Evaluate musculoskeletal and neurological complaints commonly associated with motor vehicle collisions.
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic imaging or labs, as appropriate.
Collaborate with chiropractors, medical directors, and support staff to create and adjust care plans.
Complete charting in a timely and compliant manner (EHR).
Prepare and sign off on medically necessary treatment justifications for PI claims.
Provide patient education on injury, care plans, and follow-up expectations.
Communicate with legal teams as needed for documentation or clarification.

Qualifications
Current Arizona Physician Assistant license (required)
Bilingual / Spanish speaking is highly desired
Prior experience in urgent care, musculoskeletal, pain management, orthopedics, or PI a plus
Ability to work independently within scope of practice
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)

Schedule & Pay
Thursdays & Fridays: Full clinical days (approx. 8 hours each)
Saturdays: Half day (10:00 AM 2:00 PM)
Total Weekly Hours: ~20
Pay Rate: $100/hour
