Hiring & Operations Manager Residential Cleaning

About the Role
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for new cleaners (posting ads, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Training & Development: Lead hands-on training for new hires to ensure they meet company cleaning standards.
- Quality Control: Perform periodic site visits and quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Logistics: Manage daily/weekly scheduling for our cleaning teams using our scheduling software.
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required to communicate effectively with our diverse team and client base).
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in house cleaning, hospitality management, or a related service industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage people, provide constructive feedback, and maintain morale.
- Drivers License: A valid drivers license and reliable transportation to visit job sites.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office apps.
- Flexible Hours: We work with your scheduleno weekends or late nights.
- Supportive Environment: We are flexible with time off for appointments and personal needs.
