UniFirst is seeking an accomplished Corporate Program Sales Executive (PSE) to join our National Accounts Direct Sales team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for selling Uniform and Apparel Programs to enterprise-level organizations across the United States. You will own a defined territory and lead the full enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and program implementation—while positioning UniFirst as a trusted partner for workplace apparel solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate a minimum of $1M+ in new annual Direct Sales revenue from Uniform and Apparel Program contracts each fiscal year.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with C-suite executives, committees, and key stakeholders at large national accounts.
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand client needs and design customized uniform and apparel solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee image.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and lead negotiations that secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution—to ensure seamless program implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Leverage CRM, market intelligence, and networking platforms (LinkedIn, Demandbase, etc.) to develop pipeline, forecast accurately, and stay ahead of contract cycles.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and pricing models to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and monthly reporting to align with corporate standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally selling national account programs, uniforms, or apparel solutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing executive-level, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and earn recognition for top performance.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to sell value and ROI-based apparel solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/SFA platforms.
- High-energy, self-motivated, and able to work independently at top productivity levels.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
