Your role as a Project CoordinatorAs a Project Coordinator at Sunstate Technology Group, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of projects within the telecommunications sector. This position involves coordinating efforts between project technicians and engineers to ensure client expectations are met while maintaining effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining internal communication protocols, optimizing administrative processes, overseeing inventory control, and managing task delegation across teams. A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear documentation, are critical for maintaining client relationships and ensuring effective collaboration. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with proficiency in computer systems and tools to communicate effectively via email and other digital platforms. Demonstrated leadership abilities, strong organizational skills, and solid problem-solving capabilities are vital, especially under pressure.
Experience in delivering effective group presentations and facilitating meetings is highly valued, as is the capacity to build and influence relationships at all organizational levels. Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage and Microsoft Office products will further enhance your application. A commitment to continuous professional development, along with 2+ years of customer service and project execution experience, is required.

- Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Ability to type 30+ WPM (words per minute)
- 2+ years' experience in Customer Services is required.
- 2+ years' experience in project execution or demonstrate strong organizational skills with experience. "Highly Valued"
