PC Refresh Technician
Description
The PC Hardware Refresh Technician will support a large-scale technology refresh initiative for our customer. This role is responsible for the deployment, replacement, and configuration of end-user computing equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical and administrative operations. The technician will work closely with IT teams and end users to deliver high-quality, on-time hardware refresh services in a healthcare environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Perform hardware refresh activities including removal and replacement of desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and related equipment
- Install and configure hardware according to customers and client IT standards
- Assist with basic software setup, imaging, data migration, and user profile verification
- Ensure proper connectivity to network, printers, and required applications post-refresh
- Provide on-site support and basic troubleshooting during and after deployments
- Communicate clearly and professionally with end users, clinical staff, and IT teams
- Accurately document work completed, asset tags, serial numbers, and deployment status
- Follow all security, HIPAA, and safety procedures while working in a healthcare environment
- Properly package, label, and prepare decommissioned equipment for return or disposal
- Escalate issues or delays to project leads as needed
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
