POSITION SUMMARY
The Pharmacy Clerk provides front-end support to the pharmacy by assisting customers at the counter, processing transactions, and answering basic questions. This role helps maintain patient records, organizes and stocks supplies, and ensures the pharmacy area is clean and orderly. While clerks do not handle prescriptions directly, they play a key role in customer service by directing patients to the pharmacist or technician for clinical questions and supporting the overall efficiency of the pharmacy.

Operational Excellence
Customer Service - Greet patients, answer basic questions, and direct clinical inquiries to the pharmacist or technician.
Front-End Support - Process sales transactions, maintain records, and keep the pharmacy counter organized.
Stocking & Organization - Assist with supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure a clean, orderly work environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Oral and written communication skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Attention to detail

Salary range is between $17.95 - $18.00 Hrly
