Schedule & Hours:

• Flexible Availability: Moves are scheduled Monday through Saturday, usually from 7 AM to 6 PM, with variations.
• Peak Season: Prepare to work every Saturday during our busiest time of the year, usually in the summer.
• Job Length: Your workday could range from a few hours to over 12 hours, and you get paid overtime if you work more than 40 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Moves: Prep, pack, and transport customer belongings-fragile, large, heavy, and awkward items.
• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by reviewing work orders and special requests with clients to ensure a smooth, white-glove moving experience.
• Truck Prep: Organize, clean, and prep the moving truck or van before and after each move.
• Teamwork: Show up on time (if you're on time, you're late), in proper uniform , ready to go. Coordinate with your team and support your crew lead.
• Gear Up: You'll need an industrial hand truck and toolbox. Buy these through our Lease-to-Own program or bring your own with approval.

What We're Looking For:

• No Experience Needed: You bring the muscles, and we'll train you to be the ultimate definition of a top-notch Mover Athlete.
• Age Requirement: If you're 16 years or older, we'd love for you to join our team!
• Driver's License: Drivers must have a valid, unexpired, driver's license. Don't have one? You'll still need a valid ID to work with us as a mover.
• Physical Ability: Show off your strength by lifting and carrying at least 75 pounds solo, and team up to handle 150 pounds!
• Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are essential-after all, we're one of the top-rated moving companies in Arizona and across the US!
• Reliability: Being on time is crucial-winning as a team starts with punctuality.
