**Job Description**
**What You Will Do:**
+ Prepare delicious coffee drinks and serve food items with attention to presentation and guest preferences
+ Keep the café clean, organized, and well-stocked, from pastries to retail displays
+ Share your knowledge of the menu and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience
+ Handle transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer in line with company policy
+ Follow safety and sanitation standards, ensuring all equipment and food areas stay clean and compliant
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ Prior customer service experience required; food service experience preferred
+ Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
+ Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift
+ Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
+ Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for making people feel welcome
