Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler

Join Romac as a Manufacturing Planner/Scheduler in this newly created role for our Arizona operation driven by our continued growth. In this position, you’ll support the flow of production by scheduling materials, labor, and machine capacity to meet manufacturing needs. You’ll prepare daily and weekly schedules, coordinate with the master schedule, and adjust plans as conditions change. You’ll play a key part in strengthening operational efficiency and cross-team coordination, helping Romac continue shaping opportunities that make a difference in sustainable water distribution and beyond.

Hours: Monday – Thursday from 5:00am – 3:30pm

What You’ll Do

• Create and adjust replenishment jobs, min-max jobs, and internal purchase requisitions to align with the master production schedule.
• Review and update part attributes to improve planning accuracy.
• Build executable schedules that meet required delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Product Structure and internal partners to resolve bill of material or supply-and-demand issues.
• Use planning tools, including the Replenishment Dashboard, to maintain appropriate inventory levels

What You’ll Bring

• Education or equivalent experience in planning, scheduling, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing scheduling environment.
• Technical skills including Windows-based systems and Oracle software.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: Experience in inventory planning or materials management

Base Compensation Range: $27.02 – $39.18 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year, and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
