• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift Hours: 0830-1630
• Days of the Week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Contract Length: 15 weeks
