In this role, you will manage daily office operations, coordinate patient schedules, and support our clinical team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate staff/patient appointments.
- Manage patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, insurance verification and processing paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical office, home health or healthcare office settings preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient with office software and scheduling systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
