Legal Assistant
This hybrid position, based in Phoenix, supports a busy commercial litigation team. It is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career legal assistant looking to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values initiative and high-quality work.

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all phases of litigation, including case management and coordination
• Prepare, proofread, and finalize legal documents with strong attention to detail
• Manage e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts in compliance with applicable rules and deadlines
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings and travel, and handle administrative functions including billing and intake processes
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of court rules, e-filing procedures in Arizona, and calendaring requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, with experience using document management systems
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills, with a proactive and team-oriented approach
