This role as a heavy equipment mechanic requires as a strong work ethic and ability to manage tasks and work independently while working with a small cross-functional team. This position provides a service truck and tools. Overtime work may be required.
Your Impact
Your primary responsibility is to service, diagnose and repair heavy farm equipment both in the shop and in the field. As an ideal candidate you will display skills in the following areas:
- Proficient with hand and power tools (Pneumatic and Battery Powered)
- Perform tracing wiring and diagnostics.
- Capable of working in the AZ Environment (High Temps)
- Able to legally operate a company vehicle under AGCO policy
- Competent in operating farm machinery
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Mechanical background is required. Heavy Equipment repair is preferred.
- Diagnostic experience with Electrical and Electronic circuits.
- Familiar with PC.
- Welding Skills are a bonus.
