CCA Production Technician
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School Responsibilities
- SMT & Assembly: Operate SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.
- Soldering & Rework: Perform precision hand-soldering (through-hole) and microscopic SMT rework.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct functional and In-Circuit Testing (ICT); diagnose and troubleshoot component-level failures.
- Quality Inspection: Utilize AOI tools and manual visual inspection to identify solder defects, missing parts, and polarity issues.

- working up to 1 hrs of overtime per week
- Circuit Board Assembling (3 years of experience is required)
- Soldering (2 years of experience is required)
- Production Control (2 years of experience is required)
- Attention to detail (2 years of experience is required)
- Aerospace and Defense Industry (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Years of experience: 3 years
- Experience level: Experienced
