Production Operator

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ with $18/hr pay for a 1 month contract (temp only) . You will help ensure products are made safely, efficiently, and with high quality. If you have the required skills and qualifications, APPLY NOW!

 Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7am to 330pm weekends if needed (OT Possible)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Follow all safety guidelines and use required PPE at all times
• Operate equipment and make sure safety features are working properly
• Load raw materials and unload finished products
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Keep your work area clean and organized
• Perform tasks as assigned by your supervisor and support daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing (clean or high-speed production is a plus)
• Basic troubleshooting or maintenance experience is helpful
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and comfortable standing for long periods
• Willing to work in varying conditions (temperature changes, etc.)
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings
