As a **Security Officer - Tech/Media Patrol Driver** in **Glendale, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling a dynamic tech and media location. Your primary duties will involve conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible throughout the property, and providing outstanding customer service while interacting with employees and visitors. This position requires you to drive as part of your patrol responsibilities, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to any situations that arise. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter areas within a media and technology location, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding security-related standards.
+ Assist with access control procedures to help maintain authorized entry to designated areas.
+ Support emergency response efforts as needed according to site-specific procedures.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Driving as a primary responsibility is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
