Project Manager – Building Automation

Salary : $105,000 – $120,000 annually (DOE) + Full Benefits

Join a leading building automation and energy services company dedicated to innovation, safety, and excellence. We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple building automation and HVAC projects — from small upgrades to large-scale, multimillion-dollar installations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower plans to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee subcontractors, installers, and technicians throughout all phases of construction
• Monitor project financials, pursue and document change orders as needed
• Conduct jobsite visits, project meetings, and oversee close-out documentation
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop field and project staff

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience (building automation strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in BAS (Building Automation Systems)
• Strong knowledge of BAS controls, project scheduling, and financial management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
