SAP Payroll Configuration & ECP Implementation Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration, design, and resolving issues in live ECC 5.0 or higher production systems.
- Design and analysis for ECP payroll conversion from SAP On-Prem to ECP (Cloud).
- ECP payroll configuration and setup.
- Create functional specifications and other configuration documentation.
- Analyze interfaces and integration requirements.
- Perform unit testing of configuration.
- Author and execute integration test scripts; record results as pass/fail.
- Collaborate with customers to verify designs and gain testing sign-offs.
Skills:
- SAP On-Prem Payroll configuration (ECC 5.0 or higher).
- ECP Payroll conversion and configuration.
- Functional specification creation and interface analysis.
- Unit and integration testing experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
Education/Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP On-Prem payroll configuration experience in SAP ECC 5.0 or higher.
- Hands-on experience with ECP (Cloud) conversion and configuration.
- Previous experience in global ECP implementation projects.
- Experience with global ECP implementations.
- Familiarity with integration and testing in a multi-country payroll environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field preferred.
