Accounting Clerk

Description Our client in the professional services industry is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their team on a 3-4 month project! This is a great opportunity to build on Accounting, while helping a client prepare for their external audit. Responsibilities: - Efficiently enter invoice data - Process payments and conduct data entry related to them - Post payments to the correct accounts - Accurate data entry of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) - Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks - Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks - Uphold high attention to detail in all responsibilities. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting clerk role or related field - Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) OR Accounts Receivable (AR) processes - Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis - Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, however, open to candidates with other Accounting systems Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
