Job Summary Belden's DC Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing both DC Coordinator and Human Resource admin support. This position reports directly to the DC Operations Manager and will work onsite at our Tucson facility. You will make an impact in the following way:

• Responsible for the delivery and execution of HR admin services to employees and Managers at the Tucson facility.
• Perform a variety of employment related administrative functions.
• Assist with the payroll process.
• Warehouse support: manage front desk, receive visitors, purchasing, inventory, and generate quotes as needed.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with translation ability.

What you will bring:

• Education - Associate's degree in human resources, or related field, or 2+ years of human resources experience required. Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience required. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suites required.
• Markets - Knowledge of ADP and HRIS systems preferred.
• Customers Service - Internal customer service experience preferred; this includes making yourself available to answer questions, solve problems, strong attention to detail and monitoring feedback as required.
