Step into an impactful, part-time opportunity to support student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in an onsite contract position beginning September 8th, 2026, and continuing through May 25th, 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification required
• Proven experience leading or supervising behavioral teams in an educational setting
• Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing behavior intervention plans
• Capability to guide and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Effective communicator with staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adept at providing professional development on evidence-based behavioral strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a district-level behavior team, fostering collaboration and high standards
• Oversee and supervise RBTs in their ongoing work with students
• Observe students and conduct thorough functional behavior assessments
• Consult regularly with staff and parents, offering expert guidance and actionable recommendations
• Craft detailed, data-driven behavior implementation plans (BIPs)
• Deliver engaging professional development sessions focused on behavior modification strategies
