Front Desk Concierge
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our community. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional service to residents and visitors while maintaining a positive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Assist residents with inquiries and provide information about community services
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Walk the community to monitor safety and ensure a clean, welcoming environment
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain security protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance and management staff as needed
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations
