B.H. Inc. is searching for an EHS Specialist 1 to join our Site Development & Concrete division in Phoenix. We are looking for a safety professional who is ready to lead through experience, mentor field teams, and drive a culture of safety on high-impact projects.

• $24-$27 per hour (depending on experience).
• Monday–Friday, 6 am – 4 pm, with some Saturdays.
• Weekly pay, health, vision, dental, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification is required.
• Field experience in the construction industry.
• Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, positive, and professional attitude with a commitment to high integrity.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the safety field.
