Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and experience contributing to multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver direct and consultative services within the school environment
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with teachers and participate in IEP meetings to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Educate staff and families on occupational therapy strategies for classroom and home use
