Quality Inspector Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 to $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Proven experience as a skilled sheet metal worker or similar fabrication role
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and production workflows
• Ability to operate a variety of sheet metal machinery safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with strong measurement and accuracy skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to support production goals
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining quality standards

Quality Inspector Qualifications:

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of products and components.
• Conduct detailed optical inspections of glass and LCD displays using magnification equipment. Inspect products for chips, scratches, contamination, cracks, and other cosmetic defects.
• Verify LCD functionality and identify defects including dead pixels, discoloration, contamination, and physical damage.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
• Document inspection findings and report non-conforming materials.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
