We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Weekend Dispatcher to join our team!
If you’re a great communicator, problem-solver, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Shifts Available:

• 8-hour: 12pm – 8pm(Saturday & Sunday).
• 6-hour: 1pm-7pms (Saturday & Sunday).

What You’ll Do:

• Dispatch and schedule drivers to meet customer needs
• Enter and update orders accurately in CXT software
• Provide real-time updates to customers via portals or email
• Troubleshoot delivery or driver issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor the dispatch board and plan driver coverage in advance
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude
• Occasionally, step in to make a delivery if needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in dispatch, customer service, or logistics (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Team player with a professional, positive demeanor
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn dispatch software
