We are a true farm-to-table company with an integrated portfolio including food processing and food brands, phosphate mining, fertilizer manufacturing, farming, ranching and cattle production, and other enterprises related to agriculture. **Summary** The Simplot T&H Supervisor role is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising the locations employees in all facets of day-to-day operations including but not limited to: insuring company safety protocols are adhered to, delivery logistics, general accounting practices, inventory control\product procurement and maintaining warehouse equipment and Commercial motor vehicle operation and service records. **Key Responsibilities** -    Responsible for monitoring general safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory requirements are met, the overall safe operation of the business unit and assigned employees. -    Supervises CDL driver work force on logistical operations and general maintenance of the Commercial Motor Vehicle fleet and associated delivery equipment. -    Organizes and supervises day-to-day operations and determines work practices and procedures to optimize utilization of resources. -    Performs recordkeeping functions and general accounting practices related to inventory, delivery scheduling, product procurement, employee files, etc. -    Interface with sales force on product forecasting and general customer requests. Equivalent experience of education and experience will be considered for meeting the minimum requirements of the role. **Relevant Experience** -    Supervisory, planning, organization, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. -    General warehousing knowledge/inventory management, Turf & Horticulture knowledge a plus. -    Proactive in providing customer service and support beyond typical operational needs. -    Analysis and problem-solving abilities to deal with out-of-the-ordinary assignments. -    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel Distinguishing Features: Works independently under general guidelines.
