What You’ll Do

• Build trusted relationships with customers and understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Financial Services products
• Provide recommendations that help customers make confident decisions
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers
• Deliver exceptional service throughout the customer relationship

Insurance experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for the right person and will provide the training and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in person in Gilbert,/ Mesa Arizona

Preferred (Not Required):

• Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing tuition reimbursement is available for qualified candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Total Compensation: $52,000+ annually

Top Performers: $75,000+ annually

Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped commission. Your earning potential is directly connected to your ability to build relationships, help customers, and consistently execute the process.
