- The emphasis on building rapport and relationships with individuals and groups requires an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style.

- 2-3+ years of hotel or resort sales management experience
- Based in Arizona and excited to work on property within the resort's Sales Department (this is not a remote position)
- Energized by high activity and lead conversion
- Confident presenting within a luxury environment
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Extroverted, enthusiastic, persuasive influencer
- Skilled at building rapport quickly and turning inquiry into commitment
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Professional presence aligned with a luxury hospitality brand
