Position Overview
The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in guiding new members through the benefits enrollment process. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to learn. Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development are provided to ensure success from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in understanding and selecting benefit options that best meet their needs
Manage and update client information with accuracy and confidentiality
Conduct virtual consultations to explain program details
Maintain consistent communication with clients to support their ongoing needs
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency with digital tools and virtual communication platforms
No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
