As our Activities Coordinator , you’ll be the heart behind the fun, planning and delivering experiences that enrich lives and bring people together.

What You'll Do

  • Plan Engaging Events – Design and coordinate fun, inclusive activities that appeal to a variety of interests and age groups—from game nights to off-site adventures.
  • Own the Calendar – Maintain an active and exciting event schedule based on resident feedback and community goals.
  • Connect with Residents – Regularly engage with residents to understand their preferences, needs, and ideas for future events.
  • Be Creative – Bring fresh, innovative ideas to life while staying within budget and maintaining a high level of quality and fun.
  • Track & Improve – Monitor participation, gather feedback, and continuously adjust the program to increase engagement.
  • Source & Organize Supplies – Create supply lists, coordinate logistics, and make sure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with managers and staff, sharing ideas and ensuring events align with the community vision.
  • Support Event Promotion – Partner with third-party marketing teams to promote events and boost resident participation.

What We're Looking For

  • Event Enthusiast – 1+ years of experience planning events, activities, or programs (especially in a residential or hospitality setting).
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented – Strong scheduling and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative Thinker – Innovative and enthusiastic with a passion for building meaningful experiences.
  • Excellent Communicator – Friendly, professional, and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Customer-Focused – Committed to exceptional service and building strong relationships with residents.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools needed to organize and promote events.
  • Local Know-How – Familiarity with local attractions, entertainment options, and vendors is a big plus.
  • Driver’s License – A valid driver's license is required for any company-related travel or errands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as an Activities Coordinator is a strong plus.
