Customer Service Agent – $18/hr
Long‐Term Temp | Onsite | Full-Time
Join a fast‐paced team processing escrow payments for major insurance carriers. This is an outbound‐only role—no inbound customer complaints. Strong performers can grow into Customer Service Representative positions.
Schedule: M–F, 7am–4pm or 6am–3pm (must be flexible)
Start 5/18 or 6/8
Training: 1 week, 6am–3pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Pay: $18/hr + benefits & weekly pay
What You’ll Do
- Process escrow payments via web portals, automated phone systems, or carrier reps
- Update payment status in CRM software
- Escalate issues to team leads as needed
- Track daily workload and progress
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma
- 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Calm, professional phone presence
- Strong communication skills
- Growth mindset, problem solver, adaptable team player
