Inpatient Nurse Manager

Lead Without the Red TapeAs our Inpatient Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team while working directly with our Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). No endless approval chains – you'll have the autonomy to implement your ideas and see immediate impact. You'll oversee day-to-day inpatient operations, manage staffing and inventory, and shape processes that improve patient care. With your expertise and our supportive environment, you'll optimize workflows and drive continuous improvement. ***Relocation Assistance is Available*** What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of hospital floor nursing experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
- Current RN, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

- Compensation: $95,000-$115,000 (DOE)
