Competitive Pay: This position offers an hourly wage starting at $29/hr. +., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do:

• Complete initial training period.
• Perform routine maintenance, works, and reports directly to a skilled supervisor.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, including general arrangement drawings and shop sketches.
• Read dial indicator and micrometers.
• Determine bolt identification and classes as well as drill and tap selection.
• Identify and select rigging for routine tasks.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude; multi-craft experience a plus. Proficient in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators).
• Strong understanding of mechanical fits, tolerances, and alignment procedures.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
• Familiar with API, ANSI, and OEM standards related to rotating equipment
• Possesses basic hydraulic and pneumatic skills and understanding.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and organized work habits.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods.
